Manchester City forward Edin Dzeko has been ruled out for three weeks with a calf injury, according to the Bosnia team doctor. The Bosnian striker left Saturday's match against Queens Park Rangers just three minutes after coming on as a sub and will miss his country's Euro 2016 qualifier against Israel.
