Sunderland has lined up Fulham fallout Bryan Ruiz as a potential replacement for Fabio Borini, who spent the second half of last season on loan at the Stadium of Light. Ruiz has been at loan at PSV Eindhoven for the past six months, where the 28-year-old Costa Rican scored five goals in 13 appearances.
