Chelsea forward Demba Ba is nearing a season-long loan move to Turkish side Besiktas, with an option for the club to buy next summer. The Blues prefer to offload the Senegalese striker this summer, but Besiktas have offered to pay a hefty portion of his £80,000-a-week salary.
