Manchester City have made it clear that centre-half Eliaquim Mangala is their first choice in the transfer market, but the 23-year-old French defender reportedly would prefer to go to Manchester United or Chelsea. The Citizens have agreed with Porto over a £32million transfer fee, but Mangala has avoided the issue.
