On his first day of training back with Newcastle, attacking midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa was sent to train with the reserves in a move by manager Alan Pardew. The Frenchman is believed to have been offered to other clubs for as little as £3million, but has yet to find a suitor after falling out of favour with Newcastle last season.
