Manchester United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan is far from throwing in the towel on his career as a Red Devil despite a slow start under manager Jose Mourinho.
The 27-year-old arrived in a £26.3million move this summer from Borussia Dortmund, but has struggled for playing time while also missing the beginning of the season due to injury. Despite taking criticism from Mourinho, the Armenian international is ready to fight for his spot in the team.
"It is true that I get little time on the field, but I am not going to give in," Mkhitaryan told "Sky Sports" after being appointed as Armenia's Goodwill Ambassador. "I went a long way to play in Manchester United, so nothing will prevent me from achieving my dream.
"I will not retreat, I will find the strength to reach my goal."
