Chelsea are reportedly considering a £25million summer move for Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin de Bruyne, whom they sold last winter for £16million. There has also been reported interest from Arsenal and Manchester United, but a move is unlikely considering the Belgian is locked down until 2019.
