The "Daily Mail" report Manchester City have commenced negotiations to sign Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin de Bruyne, with a £40million offer on a five-year contract in mind. However, the German side are holding out for £50million for the former Chelsea player they signed for £18million in January 2014.
