McClaren: "Papiss is not going."

Steve McClaren has once again said he will not let striker Papiss Cisse leave the club. The "Daily Star" report: "Papiss is not going. We've never discussed that. I know there's been speculation but I said to his agent - he scores goals."
"When I came here there was a lot of debate about Papiss whether he was staying or going. I said to our managering director, Lee Charnley, 'Crikey, look at his record it's fantastic - 11 goals in 22 games last season.'
"To be perfectly honest, he was the one who was missed when they weren't winning, because he's always a threat."
