Football Association Chairman Greg Dyke is reportedly looking to lower the Premier League teams from 20 to 18. According to the "Independent", Dyke would like to do this in hopes of improving the English national team, by providing players with more rest during the season. But with the new TV deals to start next season, it is unlikely the Premier League will side with Dyke at this moment.
